Job Summary:

Our growing company is looking for a motivated business development officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals. Successful applicant should be team players who not only understand how to identify a new market opportunity, but also know what it takes to lead a team forward and realize that opportunity. We’re especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you’ll be expected to interact with executives and clients on a daily basis. Preference will be given to candidates who plan to stay and grow with our company for the foreseeable future.


  • Generate new leads.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Follow up potential clients and present our products to those potentials.
  • Create and improve proposals for our new clients.
  • Prepare sales reports that describe weekly activities.
  • Help in marketing company and its products.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, finance, MIS or related field.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a related business role.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Top-notch analytical skills — you must have an eye for detail!.
  • The ability to visit & meet clients, attend conferences, events and research new markets as needed.
  • Able to meet preset targets and work under pressure.
  • Able to identify and capitalize on entrepreneurial opportunities
  • Demonstrable ability to plan activities and achieve objectives
  • Systematic problem solver, creative thinker and plan activities

- ERP & accounting packages knowledge is plus.
